Welcome to PizBot!

PizBot is a passion project by Mohammad Ayaan Siddiqui. By using PizBot, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because legalese is annoying and nobody reads it anyway.

What PizBot Is

PizBot is an AI chatbot infrastructure service. You create chatbots, train them on your content, and embed them on your website. Your website visitors can then chat with your AI-powered bot for customer support.

Your Account

• You sign up using Google OAuth — keep your Google account secure
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account
• Don't share your account with others
• One account per person, please

Free & Pro Plans

• Free plan — 1 chatbot, 1,000 requests/month, English only. No credit card needed.
• Pro plan — $10/month (1st month free) via Gumroad. Up to 100 chatbots, unlimited requests, multi-language support, advanced analytics.
• You can cancel Pro anytime through Gumroad. No hard feelings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — just reach out and we'll figure it out.

Acceptable Use

Don't use PizBot to:

• Do anything illegal or harmful
• Spam people or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate other people or organizations
• Spread misinformation, hate speech, or harmful content
• Try to hack, abuse, or overload the service
• Scrape websites you don't have permission to scrape
• Create bots that give medical, legal, or financial advice as if from a professional

If I find bots violating these rules, I'll remove them. Repeat offenders get their accounts terminated. Be cool.

Your Content

• You own your content (bot configs, uploaded files, knowledge base)
• You grant PizBot permission to store and process your content to provide the service
• You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload or scrape
• You can delete your content anytime from the dashboard

AI Responses

PizBot uses AI models to generate chatbot responses. Important things to understand:

• AI responses are generated, not manually written — they can be wrong sometimes
• You're responsible for the content your bots produce on your website
• PizBot is not liable for any inaccurate AI responses
• Don't rely on PizBot for critical decisions — it's customer support assistance, not a replacement for professional advice
• Free plan conversations are not stored; Pro plan conversations are stored for analytics. All conversation data is processed by the AI model provider (NVIDIA NIM) and may be used for model training — do not enter sensitive personal information in chatbot conversations

Service Availability

I'll do my best to keep PizBot running smoothly, but let's be real — this is a passion project by a solo developer. There might be downtime, bugs, or occasional issues. I'll fix things as fast as I can, but I can't guarantee 99.99% uptime like the big companies.

Limitation of Liability

PizBot is provided "as is" without warranties. I'm a solo developer doing my best, not a Fortune 500 company with a legal team. I'm not liable for any damages arising from your use of PizBot, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

I might update these terms occasionally. If something major changes, I'll try to give a heads up. Continued use of PizBot after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using PizBot anytime — just delete your bots and walk away. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
